Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our 30 days return policy if you change your mind or are not happy with the product include the fact that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. Those shipping costs are not refundable, and the cost of the shipping, 7$ will be deducted from your refund.

In the case of the product not working properly or if it is defective when you just get it, send us some pictures or a video and we will send a replacement. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.

We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales.gotzilla@hotmail.com.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if any)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged when you first open your package. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at sales.gotzilla@hotmail.com and we will tell you how to proceed.


Expedition


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from it (7$).

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

When you return your unwanted item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
